SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. The base shipping prices are;

- FREE delivery for all UK orders.

- £2.95 for EU orders.

- £7.50 for INTERNATIONAL orders.

UK orders are usually delivered within 3 - 7 business days. Orders are shipped via royal mail first class, unless otherwise specified.

EU orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped via royal mail international, and then passed onto the necessary local delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL orders are usually delivered within 10 - 20 business days. Orders are shipped via royal mail international, and then passed onto the necessary local delivery service.

Please note that customers outside the UK will be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns are valid within 14 days of you receiving your order.

If you have a problem with an order you purchased; send us a message via the 'CONTACT' page or send an email directly to (contact@kyjah.co.uk), and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.

You can also exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please leave a message on the 'CONTACT' page with details about your order, and the replacement item you would like to exchange it for. If the desired replacement product is not currently in stock, you will be offered to return the item for a refund.

Please seal the item you would like to return back in the original packaging with any tags or receipts enclosed and follow further instructions provided following your return request.

When starting a return request, please include;

- Your full name.

- Your order number.

- The reason of your return.

- Any extra details or images of your request [recommended].

Please note that we do not accept returns for;

- Orders where we suspect the item has been worn or damaged.

- Face masks or balaclavas due to hygienic issues. 

To avoid running into problems returning your order we advise you to; 

- Open any packaging carefully.

- Save the shipping packaging.

- Check you are satisfied with your order before wearing the item.

- Check all addresses are correct before sending the item back.

If the products you have returned meet the above stated conditions, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the order, excluding shipping costs (unless it is regarding an order that has not yet been dispatched).

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method used. Refunds are processed in no more than 5 working days after we have received and confirmed your return, but this time may vary depending on your banking provider.
