How long does shipping take?
UK orders are usually delivered within 3 - 7 business days. Orders are shipped via royal mail first class, unless otherwise specified.
INTERNATIONAL orders are usually delivered within 10 - 20 business days. Orders are shipped via royal mail international, and then passed onto the necessary local delivery service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all products are available for worldwide shipping!
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Custom fees may apply, which we are not liable for.

How do I enter my discount code?
You will be able to enter your discount code on the checkout page. The specified discount will then be reduced from your order total.

Can I return an order?
Returns are valid within 14 days of you receiving your order.

How can I find out when there are new products available?
Information on new products releases are posted to our social medias and sent to our mailing list recipients.

Do I need to ride a bike to wear KYJAH?
No, anybody can represent KYJAH! Whilst KYJAH is an apparent member of the bikelife community, we strongly value support from all audiences no matter of your background or riding experience.
